Each home is matched to its own title, so the figure is for the building, never for the company that runs it.

Why is a range not always shown?

A range is shown only when it rests on the observed spread of comparable sales and that spread is tight enough to inform. Where the sales for a home’s profile spread too widely, only the figure is published — a wide interval would say nothing, and an artificially narrow one would suggest a precision the data does not support.
